Product Description:
This book is well known for its coverage of modern topics (Game theory, Economics of Information, and Behavioral Economics), clarity of its writing style and graphs, and integrated use of real world examples. The emphasis on relevance and application to both managerial and public-policy decision-making are focused goals of the book. This emphasis is accomplished by including MANY extended examples that cover such topics as the analysis of demand, cost, and market efficiency; the design of pricing strategies; investment and production decisions; and public policy analysis. Economists and strategists looking to stay current with economic information.

Rating: - Good concepts, horrible mechanics
Explains the concepts well regarding microecon (at the intermediate level). However the MAJOR thing this book lacks are examples of the computations. The end of chapter problems are difficult without clear and concise example, it's almost like the two authors agreed to write the book but never consulted eachother until the end.
The book doesn't show how to solve the problems sets, the appendices are slim and ineffective.
Very poor book, find another microecon book with ... Read More

Rating: - Microeconomics Study Guide
Smooth process of ordering and receiving the book. No problems.
As far as the material in the book is concerned, it is a great overview of key concepts at a basic level. One drawback is the lack of practice problems on transfer pricing.
Rating: - great
book arrived a little late but it was due to post office damaging the package - not the sender's fault. book is in great condition, just as described. not the best econ text book ever but it's what I needed for my course.
