Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Invaluable Advice
This book contains all of the extra "should knows" before entering the world of interviewing. I recently was in a transition place in my career and as someone who had not interviewed in many years I found Oscar Adler's advice invaluable. His instruction is simple to follow and easy to trust due to his credibility. I strongly recommend this book to both the first time interviewer and those re-entering the work force

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Book helps in many areas of life
I purchased the book to get information to train students entering the job market. I found this information and also tips on listening skills and questioning models that were applicable to daily life situations. The book was very easy to read and I found the practice pages worthwhile. Finally, the size of the book made it easy to transport and refer to on the train or bus.
